The pomace from 100% Sangiovese grapes, after alcoholic fermentation, is gently pressed to show maximum respect for the raw material and extract as many fruity and floral aromas as possible. The grape skins are then taken to the distillery on the same day and processed immediately to maintain the utmost integrity and expression of Sangiovese.

This grappa appears transparent, and on the nose, one can perceive the typical fruit and flower notes along with the sweetness of alcohol. The palate is very round and savory, with hints of acacia flowers and long-lasting vitality.
