Most of the grape skins come from the fermentation of Brunello reserve, which are taken to the distillery immediately after the pressing phase, carried out very delicately. This is followed by distillation to obtain a clear and transparent grappa, which is then aged in noble woods to allow for oxygen exchange between the wood and the grappa. This process imparts sweetness, concentration, and longevity.
The softness of the alcohol blends with the wood from French barrels, creating a flavorful and full-bodied product that expresses the typical characteristics of our grapes.
